The Short Version
BRAD is a tool to help you organize documents and think through communication. It is not a lawyer. You make every decision. You verify every output. You consult a real attorney for anything that matters. By using BRAD, you accept full responsibility for what you do with it.
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the BRAD platform ("the Service"), operated by PrizeWerkz LLC ("Company"). It is a supplement to, and must be read together with, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to each statement below.
1. Purpose of the Service
The Service provides tools for organizing information, identifying patterns in documents, and assisting you in preparing materials related to legal or personal matters. The Service is designed to help you think more clearly and communicate more effectively — not to replace professional judgment.
2. No Legal Advice Disclaimer
You understand and agree that the Service:
- Does NOT provide legal advice of any kind.
- Does NOT replace an attorney or create an attorney-client relationship.
- Does NOT interpret the law on your behalf.
- Does NOT predict outcomes or guarantee results.
All outputs generated by the Service are:
Informational, analytical, and strategic support only.
3. User Decision Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for every decision you make.
- You choose whether and how to act on any Service output.
- You are responsible for any legal filings, communications, or actions you take.
- The Company does not act on your behalf and never will.
4. Verification Requirement
You agree to:
- Independently verify all information produced by the Service.
- Review all generated content carefully before using it.
- Verify facts, dates, statute citations, and the accuracy of any drafted communication or document.
- Consult a licensed attorney for any matter with legal consequences.
5. Risk Acknowledgment
You understand and accept that:
- Legal outcomes are inherently unpredictable.
- The Service may be incomplete, incorrect, or produce errors.
- Automated analysis and drafting can miss context that a human (or an attorney) would catch.
- Reliance on any single output without verification is at your own risk.
6. No Reliance Clause
You agree that you will not rely solely on the Service for legal decisions.
Any decision with real-world legal, financial, or custodial consequences must be validated with a licensed attorney or other qualified professional before you act on it.
7. Limitation of Use
The Service is intended for:
- Organizational assistance for documents and communications.
- Strategic thinking support.
- Preparation of materials for your own personal review and use.
The Service is NOT intended for:
- Legal representation or the practice of law.
- Filing documents with a court without independent review.
- Making high-risk decisions without professional counsel.
- Replacing an attorney in any situation where an attorney is required or advisable.
8. Automated Systems Disclosure
You acknowledge that:
- Many Service outputs are generated by automated systems that operate probabilistically.
- Results are not guaranteed and may vary across similar inputs.
- The Service may not have complete context about your situation.
- Automated outputs can be wrong in ways that are not obvious on first reading.
9. Release of Liability
You release the Company, its operators, members, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims related to:
- Legal outcomes, including custody, financial, or criminal proceedings.
- Case results of any kind.
- Misinterpretation or misuse of Service outputs.
- Any consequences flowing from decisions you made while using the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against any claims arising from your actions, your use of Service outputs, or any legal filings you make, as set forth more fully in the Indemnification section of the Terms of Service.
11. Good Faith Use
You agree to use the Service in good faith and not for harassment, manipulation, fabrication of evidence, or any fraudulent purpose, as set forth in the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. BRAD Will Push Back
The Service is designed to protect you from yourself when possible. If the Service detects that a draft, a decision path, or a communication is likely to harm your position, it may refuse the request, rewrite the output, or prompt you to reconsider. This is a feature, not a limitation. You remain the final decision-maker, but the Service will flag risk when it sees it.
13. Acceptance
By using the Service, you confirm that:
- You have read and understand the limitations described in this Agreement.
- You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
- You will consult a licensed attorney for legal matters that require legal advice.
- You agree to the terms of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
