- Fabricate or falsify evidence. You must not use the Service to create, alter, or misrepresent documents or events that did not occur.
- Coach perjury or fabricate declarations. You must not use the Service to create false sworn statements or declarations containing information you know to be untrue.
- Manipulate system output. You must not attempt to manipulate or trick the system into producing false, misleading, or fabricated analysis.
2.2 Misrepresentation
- Misrepresent output as legal advice. You must not present analysis or output generated by the Service as professional legal advice from a licensed attorney.
- Misrepresent authorship. When submitting system-assisted documents to a court, you must comply with all applicable disclosure requirements regarding computer-generated content.
2.3 Document Rights
- Upload documents without authorization. You must not upload documents you do not own or do not have the legal right to process. This includes documents obtained through unauthorized access, theft, or violation of court orders.
2.4 Verification Responsibility
- Rely on unverified content. You must independently verify all generated content before relying on it in legal proceedings. The Service provides analysis tools, not legal conclusions.
2.5 Harassment and Abuse
- Harass or intimidate. You must not use the Service or its outputs to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person, including opposing parties, their attorneys, or court officials.
2.6 Technical Restrictions
- Reverse engineer. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the models, prompts, algorithms, or source code of the Service.
- Systematic extraction. You must not use automated means to scrape, extract, or download data from the Service beyond normal usage.
- Circumvent security. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or other security measures.
2.7 Account Security
- Share account access. Your account is for your individual use only. You must not share login credentials or allow others to access your account.
2.8 General Prohibitions
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious content.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access.
- Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
3. Your Responsibilities
When using the Service, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of documents you upload.
- Reviewing and verifying all generated analysis before use.
- Complying with all applicable court rules and orders.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Using the Service in good faith and for its intended purpose.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP are handled through a graduated enforcement process:
- Warning: For first or minor violations, we will notify you of the violation and request corrective action.
- Suspension: For repeated or serious violations, we may temporarily suspend your access to the Service.
- Termination: For severe violations, including fabrication of evidence or use of the Service for illegal purposes, we may permanently terminate your account.
The Company reserves the right to take immediate action, including termination without warning, in cases of severe violations that pose a risk to the integrity of legal proceedings or the safety of individuals.

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
