45 seconds. No legal advice — just what BRAD is.
Built by a pro-se parent who couldn't afford to keep losing.
section 01 — you
Delays, last-minute changes, decisions made without you — one at a time they're easy to wave off. Across years of messages they form a pattern. BRAD counts what's in the record, in both directions, so you — and your attorney — can see it.
pattern · questions
A yes-or-no proposal answered with clarifying questions. Once, it's fair. Every time, it's a pattern — BRAD counts how often it happens.
pattern · old threads
A months-quiet thread revived to give notice of something already decided. BRAD shows when the decision was made and when you were told.
pattern · offers
A request to trade time, later described as an offer you refused. BRAD keeps what was actually asked next to how it was described.
pattern · process
Many orders set out steps for settling a disagreement. BRAD lays out which steps happened, and when.
pattern · presence
Who drove, who fed the kids, who stayed over — from the records at the time, set beside what was said about it later.
pattern · moments
A handoff that didn't go the way it was agreed. BRAD sets it beside what was agreed in writing, with the dates — not he-said-she-said.
section 02 — receipts
Something happened at a handoff years ago. You remember the moment, not the date — and now someone is asking for the date.
Tell BRAD what you remember. It looks through your own records for the messages around it, so you can see what was written at the time, by both of you, and when.
"I built BRAD so I wouldn't have to remember."
what you get back
You decide what it means. BRAD shows you where it is.
section 03 — doctrine
When BRAD organizes your own records into notes you can hand to your attorney, it keeps the language plain and skimmable. Three rules shape how it groups and summarizes what you give it:
rule 01
BRAD keeps your notes to what the record shows — no guessing at intent or motive. Like: "One parent was available. The other declined. Third-party care was used." Plain facts, not narrative.
rule 02
437 similar entries don't have to stay 437 rows. BRAD groups them so you can see the pattern and find any one of them fast. You decide what matters.
rule 03
BRAD's writing rules keep what your children said out of what it writes for you, and call them "the child" unless a name is needed. That's a line worth holding.
section 04 — the flow
Email exports, 2houses and OurFamilyWizard threads, photos, screenshots, PDFs. BRAD reads each one, records a fingerprint of the file, and tags what it finds.
For you, a guardian ad litem or your lawyer. Missed exchanges, late notice, decisions made alone — BRAD lays out what the record shows, in both directions, dated and sourced.
"What date was the missed exchange?" "Where did they say the right of first refusal was offered?" "How many medical appointments in January?" BRAD finds the messages and shows the source.
Paste their message. BRAD drafts a short, factual answer you can edit — with the dates checked against your own records.
